Cancellation Policy

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. All payments must be made in full within 48 hours of your scheduled journey with us. In the event that times are still uncertain with the COVID environment we may advise you not to pay until closer to your journey.

Please note that once you have booked a service with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty of forgoing your 20% deposit.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your journey.
